Buying Rights

Claire Terese Photography is pleased to announce that Rights to full sessions of images are now available for purchase!

Mini Sessions include online proofing with download capabilities and copyright release.

For Regular and Large Sessions (or senior packages)

you are able to add a USB of all of your edited images.

Along with all of your images, you will receive a copyright release.

Copyright releases allow you to take these images to a printer (Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc) to get photos printed however you would like. This release prohibits the making of any edits without the photographer’s permission.

You are also granted permission to use online printers (Mpix, snapfish, etc).

With our releases we also give permissions to use images online (Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter, websites, email, etc)

Once rights are given to client, CTP reserves the right to use photos in advertising and promotional instances.
